Founder and Managing Director of HAIDO | Strategy, Innovation and Sustainable Transformation

Nolwenn is the Founder and Managing Director of HAIDO, a strategy and innovation consultancy that she has led since 2022. She works with startups, SMEs, large organisations and public institutions to help them navigate the technological, economic, social and ecological transitions reshaping societies and economies.

Her work sits at the intersection of innovation, digital transformation, sustainability and organisational change. She supports organisations in translating complex transitions into ambitious strategies, actionable programmes and new ways of working, with particular attention to the contribution of technology and innovation to sustainable development and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Through HAIDO, Nolwenn works across strategy, innovation, marketing, project and operational management, helping organisations identify emerging opportunities, design new approaches and turn strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes. A significant part of her practice focuses on the human and organisational dimensions of transformation: enabling change, strengthening organisational capabilities and improving performance while maintaining alignment with broader societal and environmental objectives.

Nolwenn also develops and uses art, serious games and participatory approaches, both digital and physical, as tools for innovation, collective intelligence, learning and decision-making. She explores how these approaches can help organisations and stakeholders engage with complex challenges, experiment with possible futures and co-design solutions. Her engagement extends beyond organisational strategy. As a member of the Scientific Committee of ARCEP, France’s electronic communications and postal regulatory authority, she contributes to discussions on the future of networks and the technological transformations shaping society. She is also involved in advocacy at UNESCO, on behalf of BPW International, with a particular focus on empowering women and girls through science, education and economic independence, including greater participation in STEAM fields.

Across these different activities, Nolwenn is particularly interested in how technology, innovation and organisational transformation can contribute to more inclusive, sustainable and resilient societies. Her work brings together perspectives from business, public policy, innovation and civil society, with a strong emphasis on connecting strategic thinking with practical action. Her current interests include digital and technological transitions, sustainable innovation, responsible transformation, future networks, serious games and participatory innovation, organisational change, and the empowerment of humans, especially women and girls in STEAM and the wider knowledge economy.
