Professor Ha Wei
Associate Dean for Teaching, International Cooperation and Executive Training and Associate Professor of Education Policy and Management Graduate School of Education, Peking University, China
He specializes in impact evaluation of education policies in China, and since the onset of COVID-19, his research has expanded to examine the effects of ICT on students’ outcome at both secondary and tertiary education levels. Prior to joining PKU, he served as policy specialist and senior policy specialist with UNDP and UNICEF in the US and in Africa.
